I'm officially crazy about the place! We were given tickets (by friends who couldn't go) near the back of the house but unlike a lot of places they were still great seats, great view of the stage, great sound quality from essentially acoustic instruments.

Last night we went back to the center for the KVOO Radio sponsored Five Man Country Jam. The room is small enough for an intimate feeling show and large enough for the catching enthusiasm found in huge halls. This is one of the best places for a concert I've been ever. I remembered some of their music (I'm a bit older than she is) and was amazed with both the music and the venue. My wife spotted a recent show there by 'Air Supply' a band she loved in High School, got tickets and informed me we were going. I've lived in Tulsa for many years but only recently discovered the River Spirit Event Center, not because I didn't know it existed but because I just didn't have occasion to go there.
